How Grimoires work
The official game description makes rolling and mastering Clover Time Grimoires a central progression system. Current Wiki documentation reports that each Grimoire provides a different magic kit, while new abilities unlock through the Power Stat and skill tree.

How to get or reroll a Grimoire
- 01Reach the Grimoire Tower
Current public guidance says Finral in the starting village can teleport you there. You can also travel by foot or Magic Broom.
- 02Bring Mana Crystals
Mana Crystals are currently reported as the resource required for Grimoire spins.
- 03Roll, then evaluate
Check the current tier and your build needs before spending another Crystal. A usable A- or B-tier book can be more valuable than an expensive chase.
Mana Crystals
Current public guides report Mana Crystals from Chests, open-world finds, crafting with enemy fragments, and fishing-related crafting. These methods should be rechecked after major Beta updates.
Clover Time codes may provide Spins, Chests, or Crystal Mana that reduce the cost of progressing toward a better Grimoire.
