How we build the Clover Time Tier List
PvE damage, move variety, ease of use, survivability, and Mana sustain.
EXP, Yul, resource efficiency, and usefulness before a complete late-game build.
A good option can be worth keeping even when a rarer theoretical upgrade exists.
Beta balance is volatile, so uncertain conclusions stay labeled as provisional.
Reroll advice
Use the Clover Time Tier List as a decision guide, then compare each roll with your current build and available resources.
Keep S-tier rolls. They are currently the hardest to replace and offer strong long-term value. Keep most A-tier rolls unless you have abundant reroll resources and a specific build target. B-tier choices are usually good enough for early progression; C-tier options are the safest reroll candidates once you have a reserve.
